Portfolio / Huntlee New Town project

BridgeLane is pleased to announce its ownership involvement in the Huntlee New Town project in conjunction with the Twynam Group and LWP Property Group . This substantial investment in the Hunter region will give BridgeLane exposure to the increasing housing demand to be experienced in NSW over the next 20 years.

On completion, Huntlee will house approximately 20,000 people in up to 7,500 residential homes of various lot sizes. It will boast a 200 ha mixed use Town Centre for community, retail, commercial, tourism and educational uses. It is expected to generate 4,000 new jobs.
